What is Integrative Hypnotherapy?

There are many different approaches to Hypnotherapy and the approach that Linda Connors follows is Integrative Hypnotherapy which is 100% Person-centred, meaning that she is trained to work with you as you are and not expect you to conform with her way of working

 

Integrative Hypnotherapy differs from other forms of hypnotherapy.  As you see, experience and view the world in your own individual and unique manner then you should also expect to receive therapy based on your personal needs and requirements.  Linda completely understand and appreciates this extremely important concept and knows there is no one way to help you to stop smoking, lose weight, reduce anxiety and stress and learn how to manage Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.   

 

Your sessions with Linda is 100% person focussed and Linda does not follow the idea that one hypnotherapy script will fit all.  In fact, Linda is highly experienced and actually doesn’t read from hypnotherapy scripts.

 

Linda uses a combination of hypnotherapy,  personal coaching, NLP and EFT to understand, motivate, develop and to promote healthy positive patterns in your life.

 Are you tired of repeating the same patterns in your life over and over again?  Do you want to explore, grow, develop and change?  Do you want to be the person you know you are deep within, but unsure how to access the change?

 

If you answer yes, then Integrative is for you.  Integrative Hypnotherapy is an effective,

accelerated form of therapy compared to the more traditional talking therapies.  Many of Linda’s clients see positive change after the first session.  Linda sees clients on both a short-term basis and long-term basis. 

 

Hypnotherapy and hypnosis is a very powerful process and the results are often permanent, however it is by no means a magic wand. Although compared to other traditional talking therapies, Hypnotherapy is a rapid form of therapy and many of Linda's clients experience positive changes after the first session, such as feeling more confident, calmer and relaxed.
