Linda's approach to hypnotherapy and working with clients
Linda offers an integrated holistic approach to working with clients by incorporating as working with the mind and body, personal coaching, hypnosis, transpersonal, NLP, EFT and congnitive thought processes.
What does this mean for you?
Being trained and experienced with working with many approaches enables Linda to be flexible in the way she works. Not all approaches are suitable for each person, as after all we are all individuals and have different life experiences. Also different approaches may be required at different stages of the therapy process.
Being flexible allows Linda to use her skills and intuition to decide which approach is appropriate for each person. Working at this deep level allows Linda to have the understanding, compassion, intuition and guidance to be present with each client, and to provide what they need and require at that particular moment in life.
Linda takes care to provide each client with an environment where they feel safe and secure to explore, understand and create change. Linda also takes the time to work with each client on a personal level, creating a space where trust and security exists within the working relationship.
Underlying reasons
It's important to look at any underlying causes to understand why a person feels or behaves the way they do. If we just focus on just the "symptom" (e.g. blushing or anxiety) the results may be short-term as the underlying issues for the symptoms will still be there.
In most cases there is an underlying reason why we feel and behave the way we do, perhaps it's an internal belief system, self doubt, or lack of confidence or self worth, or something associated to a specific or combined events. By working on these aspects helps create movement and change.
Movement and change
Linda's focus during the hypnotherapy sessions is movement as it is an important part of the therapy process. By creating an understanding, and awareness and working with the mind and body, the sessions will also focus on movement and change.
By reviewing and discussing how you wish to feel, be and experience yourself this help you to see and experience change is possible, and this will also be incorporated into the sessions.
For some, movement and change occurs in a natural way and for others the result may be more profound.
