What is Stress
Modern life is full of worries, concerns and stress. For some people stress is a way of life. It's important to remember that some stress is actually quite healthy and normal. In balance stress can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to achieve your goals. However, when stress becomes a constant fixture in your life, your mind and body pays the price by illness or feeling anxiety.
Stress is a normal reaction to events or situations that causes a physical reaction when you feel in danger. Often the body misreads this information and reacts to it, causing you more stress.

Stress is the cause of many health problems such as: anxiety, back pain, constipation or diarrhoea, depression, fatigue, headaches, high blood pressure, insomnia, problems with relationships, shortness of breath, stiff neck, upset stomach and weight gain or loss.
