Problems sleeping?  What causes insomnia

 

There are many possible factors which cause insomnia.  Sometimes it may be the result of one cause, but it is mostly due to a number of different causes working together to interrupt your sleeping patterns.

 

For many people stress can impact their sleeping patterns.  Worried about work, relationships, money and so on can impact the quality and quantity of sleep.  The feels tense, and the mind finds it difficult to switch off.
