Linda's unique approach to working with confidence includes hypnosis, therapy, NLP, mindfulness and cognitive thought processes.   Confidence not on impacts the way you feel and your thought processes but also your body.  Linda incorporates this into the confidence hypnotherapy sessions working and improving body language, body posture and eye contact.

Why Confidence is so important

 

Confidence and self esteem are important aspects of our lives and is one of the key ingredients to a happy and balance personal and professional life. 

 

Being confident allows you to accept who you are, and allows each moment to be fulfilled and enjoyed more.  Rather than focusing on yourself and analysing what you said, you are much more present in the experience and those around you, which helps you to build a life that you want and deserve. 

 

How confidence is lost

 

Confidence needs to be nurtured, but sometimes it gets lost in life events, being bullied at school, not doing well at school, not achieving goals, relationship problems, unsuccessful job interviews or receiving criticism from others.

 

Negative thinking compounds and gives power to your lack of confidence, and impacts the way you perceive yourself, the way you are, think and look.  Hypnotherapy helps to change your thought patterns, change your perception of yourself and help you to see yourself in a whole new light.

 

Impact on lack of confidence 

 

The impact of having little or no confidence can include: not loving and believe in yourself.  Speaking to others becomes difficult and this may develop into a difficulty meeting new people.  Low, or lack of, confidence also makes if difficult to speak out and say what you need and want. Putting others first as it is difficult to say no. 

 

Confidence can set out how a person lives and enjoys their life.  A person with low confidence may have limiting beliefs about themselves such as "I can't do it", "No-one likes me", "I'm hopeless".  This puts a block on living, and experiencing life in a positive way.
